REGISTRATION
As we strive towards a low waste conference this year, we are moving to digital registration without physical lanyards. Your Conference App is your ticket to the event and will allow you to register on arrival for all fringe events as well as the two core days of the conference.
Ensure you have downloaded and logged into the app prior to your arrival.
Please arrive at Hamer Hall from 7.30 am on Friday 10 May to register for the conference. Once logged in, simply open the In-app Badge icon to access your unique QR code to present to the Institute ‘crew’ who will be easily identifiable in green shirts and will be available for assistance throughout the conference.
As you arrive at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 8.00 am on Saturday 11 May, you will be scanned in again. You will then make your way up to the Melbourne Room on Level 2 for coffee, the trade show and opening remarks.
Selecting your concurrent sessions
The final day of the conference, Saturday 10 May at MCEC will consist of a series of concurrent sessions, allowing you to curate your day and achieve your formal CPD points. Please note that there are limited places in each session and attendance will be on a first come first served basis. Please register your choices through the app.
Once you have downloaded and logged into the app, we ask you to:
- Tap the Session Registration icon
- Please select one session per time slot throughout the day (five sessions in total)
- Tap Save.
