Aeta’s design for the 60 Castlereagh Street lobby transforms the existing building inside and out, showcasing natural and renewable materials to create a landmark commercial building upgrade in central Sydney.

The refurbishment of 60 Castlereagh’ St has given new life to an aging building and repositioned it as a valued contributor to the urban quality and public life of the Martin Place precinct. Strong leasing and public interest demonstrates the transformational effect that the refurbishment has accomplished.
