The Australian Institute of Architects is pleased to welcome modular building company Moddex Australia as a National Supporting Partner.
Moddex Australia will support the Institute’s Continuing Professional Development program, and provide sponsorship for the Australian Architecture Conference and the National Architecture Awards.
The Institute’s Chief Executive Officer Cameron Bruhn said the collaboration would assist in broader knowledge sharing between architects and the wider construction industry.
“As the peak body for architects, we are committed to improving the built environment and our communities,” he said.
“By working together, we can advance our knowledge of products and emerging materials that can support better outcomes.”
Moddex Australia’s Head of Marketing, Elle Dickson, said the company’s dedicated project consultants and specification experts would help architects to remain compliant with the relevant codes and standards. Professional guidance will be available through the Institute’s Refuel CPD program, as well as representation at National and Chapter events.
“We are excited about the prospect of collaborating with the Australian Institute of Architects,” she said.
“A partnership of this nature is certain to enhance the synergy between architects and industry professionals, fostering mutual support and understanding.
“Ultimately, we hope to work together to deliver better design outcomes for the community through partnering with the Institute and its members”.
