Mali Residence located in Mermaid Beach is a sophisticated 18 level residential apartment development offering a mix of apartments from 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom targeting young business couples to downsizers. The varying product type allows a varied demographic which provides a good cross mix of people of all ages.
Mali’s exterior is restrained and simple, taking its design cues from the local environment being the fluid shapes of the waves. The fluid curved façade expresses a unique individuality not seen in the Mermaid Beach Precinct. The built form projects significant design merit with well composed and interesting use of a controlled palette of materials and colours. This building will set a new design benchmark for this important emerging Southern Broadbeach/Mermaid Beach precinct.
The project offers a resolved dynamic design with a high level communal recreation facilities and favourable outlooks ensuring excellent amenity for residents.
