Kokoda House redefines the luxury display suite experience, seamlessly integrating heritage with contemporary design. It offers an immersive journey that embodies Kokoda’s pioneering spirit while selling a lifestyle, translating this emotion into a spatial experience. Adaptive reuse, inclusive design, and a focus on the digital realm ensure a forward-thinking approach that enhances Brisbane’s evolving urban fabric, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
It replaces traditional sales tactics with a multi-sensory experience, integrating digital storytelling, tactile materials, and dynamic spatial design to forge an emotional connection with buyers. The design embodies the developer’s design-led brand, crafting moments that elevate the sales process beyond a mere transaction. Kokoda House Teneriffepioneers a new standard for display suites, making the buying experience as aspirational as the product itself.
This project was proudly delivered by Cottee Parker and Carr in collaboration with Kokoda Property.
Kokoda House has transformed the way we connect with buyers, elevating both our sales journey and customer experience. Our multi-sensory design enhances engagement, fostering stronger emotional connections and accelerating decision-making. Buyers spend significantly more time immersed in the display experience, leading to shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates. The seamless integration of technology, hospitality, and contextual storytelling allows us to showcase an aspirational lifestyle, not just an apartment. Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with strong interest in the Immersive Room and Architectural Model. This innovative, buyer-focused approach, centred on experience rather than transaction, sets a new industry benchmark.
