Gold Coast and Northern Rivers
Confident and aspirational, Cabana Palm Beach draws from its pristine surroundings to create a luxurious multiresidential experience on the Gold Coast.
Inspired by Palm Springs’ Mid Century-Modern architecture, the building cuts a distinct silhouette against neighbouring developments while remaining sensitive to its environment. By enhancing beach access while contributing to public amenity and fostering community within, Cabana is the ideal home for contemporary coastal living.
We worked closely with structural and civil engineering teams to ensure design integrity and stability on a sandy site. This development is entirely embedded in its location, featuring native tropical landscaping, expansive ocean vistas, and a ground plane supportive of an active beachside lifestyle.
Originally comprising 34 residences, a handful of purchasers opted to merge units, bringing the total number to 28 individual apartments. These are available in an array of spatial configurations, appealing to a range of demographics while offering a degree of customisability.
Despite Cabana being designed in the early, uncertain, days of the pandemic, the expectation we had for buyer needs could not have been more accurate. The design offered seclusion through absolute beachfront living, resort grade pool with sports and relaxation amenities. All units were offered a office to work from home or extra bedroom option. With a unique layout, all units have both the living room and master bedroom facing the ocean. All of this and a stunning external design that outclassed anything built before in the area, ensured all units sold without DA approval in less than 1 month.
